Asus has given the Geforce RTX 4070, the Geforce RTX 4060 Ti and Geforce RTX 4060 a rather subtle new custom design with the “TX Gaming” series, which relies on a cooling solution primarily in the two colors white and silver. Otherwise, the three new graphics cards are based on tried and tested components from the long-established TUF Gaming series. As is now customary, the new model series was first presented in China.
Geforce RTX 4070, 4060 Ti and 4060 in a new guise
With the Asus TX Gaming Geforce RTX 4070, TX Gaming Geforce RTX 4060 Ti and TX Gaming Geforce RTX 4060, the manufacturer has officially presented its new, subtle custom design for the Geforce RTX 4000 (“Ada Lovelace”). The PCB and the exactly 3.15 slot high cooling solution with its three 95 mm axial fans including 0dB zero fan mode are based on the concept of the TUF Gaming series.
The dimensions are 301 × 139 × 63 mm (Geforce RTX 4070) or 300 × 139 × 62 mm (Geforce RTX 4060 Ti and 4060) and occupy a total of four slots in the case. The TX Gaming series should stand out from other custom designs with a rather subtle color scheme and less RGB.
The start in this country is still uncertain
All three models are also to be released as OC versions with slightly higher clock frequencies for base and boost and are already officially available from Asus China at prices equivalent to 670 euros (Geforce RTX 4070), 480 euros (Geforce RTX 4060 Ti) and 360 euros (Geforce RTX 4060) offered. It is not yet known whether the new TX Gaming series will be offered in this country. Players can find more information in the Asus China shop.
