Need for Speed ​​Unbound Volume 4 is coming August 16th and it comes with a Porsche!

Electronic Arts and Ghost Studios announce Need For Speed ​​Unbound Volume 4 for August 16th. Volume 4 celebrates 75 years of Porsche with exciting new themed events, cosmetics and customization, bringing the all-electric Porsche Taycan Turbo S (2022) into play.

Players can earn experience points and new vehicles in new Linkups, Boosted Events, and Daily and Weekly Challenges.

The new Gauntlet playlists feature street races with police in pursuit and various rewards to earn. The store also features new premium content, including the Hip Hop Origin Swag Pack, which celebrates street style and honors hip-hop roots with the legendary custom Mercedes-AMG G 63 (2017), among others.

From August 24-27, Xbox players worldwide with an Xbox Live Gold membership or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription can join the race and play NFS Unbound as part of Xbox Free Days of Play.

  • 75 years of Porsche: Need for Speed ​​Unbound Volume 4 celebrates 75 years of Porsche with new themed events, cosmetics, and customizations. Players can head to the Kennedy Test Track to race in the Porsche 75th Anniversary playlist and complete stunt-based challenges in Linkups. If they complete the Porsche playlist three times, they will also receive an all-electric Porsche Taycan Turbo S (2022).
  • Gauntlet playlists: In the new Gauntlet playlists, players must use all their driving skills to outwit the Lakeshore cops. Big cash and XP prizes await if you complete the races successfully.
  • The New Speed ​​Pass: A new addition is the revised free Speed ​​Pass, which offers 75 new cosmetics and customization options. The legendary custom Porsche 911 Carrera S (1997) beckons as a reward for completing rank 50 or higher.
  • Boosted Events: Players can play “boosted” events in Lakeshore Online. Playlists and linkups are “boosted” randomly and for a limited time, providing additional rewards.
