The Lords of the Fallen: Player feedback decides DLCs

Community feedback is critical when it comes to developing add-on content for The Lords of the Fallen.

There are still a few months until The Lords of the Fallen comes to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC.

As players are used to, developers talk in advance about possible content that could appear after the release.

But whether there will be DLCs later in the case of The Lords of the Fallen depends entirely on the community.

Hexworks’ Saul Gascon said in an interview: “We have several things in mind, all of which will depend on community feedback – how people are asking for more, right? So basically we have to plan ahead, which is our initial plan, which is to work on the next version. But if the community asks for more content, maybe we’ll put in a little effort to create more content for the game that we’re launching now, this year. That will depend a lot.”

So it’s the community feedback that will decide on additional content for the game. In any case, there will be free updates, because The Lords of the Fallen will be supported with updates and improvements for six to 12 months.

“In addition, we will support people with free updates after the release, e.g. B. with improvements, wishes and feedback. We will do this for at least six months to a year after launch, depending on how many requests we receive. This is something we will continue to do post-launch.”

The 2014 action role-playing game will be released on Friday 13th October 2023 and is available to pre-order now on Xbox.
